Terminations
Participants can cancel their program membership at any time by calling PRAM at (800) 262-7726, by utilizing the chat feature on this website, or by completing the online termination request form.
While we will hate to see you go, if you would like to terminate your program with PRAM, please click HERE to complete and submit your online termination request.
Alternatively, you can click HERE to download and sign a termination request form which can be submitted via fax or email.
Refund Policy
PRAM has made every effort to keep you apprised of your program membership and ongoing monthly payments. At enrollment, you will receive an email (at the email address you provided during your enrollment) which contains your program membership documents and information on how to access the services which are a part of your program. If you do not receive this email, it is important that you let us know right away so that we can make sure you have everything you need to utilize your program services.
Additionally, PRAM sends you an email every month just prior to the withdrawal of your payment and it also sends a payment confirmation email after the payment has been successfully made. If you do not see these emails arriving, please check your Spam or Junk folders. If you still cannot find the emails, please contact us to let us know.
For terminations past the first 30 days, program participants can request a refund of fees for up to one month only at the time of their request to terminate their program enrollment. A request for a refund of fees for a period greater than one month is subject to review by the refund committee. If applicable, the program participant must be able to provide proof that they requested cancellation on an earlier date. The proof can be in the form of a copy of an email or screenshot of internet request and should include the date of the request and the name of the person they spoke with or emailed.
There are no exceptions to this policy.
